Cape Cod Style Exterior Painting Job
This Scarsdale gem of a Cape Cod style home was built in the mid-1950s with a mix of smooth cedar lap siding, stucco finish garage and wood trim. The home first was pressure washed to remove dirt, mildew and surface contaminants. It required some spot replacement of rotten wood which is typical of homes subject to northeastern winters. The front/back porches and railings were updated with fresh paint and/or staining. All fascia, soffit/eaves were painted and fresh high elasticity exterior caulking was applied to cracks and gaps on this four color exterior.
This exterior painting project cost approximately $14,000-16,000
Westchester Home Exterior Painting Job
This gorgeous Westchester home was clad with stained cedar shake siding. The home first was pressure washed to remove dirt, mildew, and surface contaminants. Once the beautiful cedar character was exposed, a new stain was applied to protect and seal the wood. Installation of a new cedar wood deck was done on the rear of the home. Replacement of a couple of rotten posts and handrail completed the beautiful results.
